Satisfied

My new duvet cover works just fine. Turns out to be the right size for my feather quilt. Though the fabric is a bit coarse, that's not really an issue because the cover doesn't touch one's skin while you sleep. I expect it to be durable and the color is pleasing. Yes, I would recommend it.

Wrong item

I suspect that whoever works for this third party seller - Home City Inc is either color blind or illiterate. As the previous reviews mentioned, I received the wrong color too. Macy’s representative, to make things worse, messed up with the exchange. When I called Macy’s, they promised they would send an exchange by express mail but it was totally an empty promise. In the end I just received a refund after I returned the wrong item by mail. This terrible service from both Macy’s and the seller received no star if there’s such an option.

Wrong color

I ordered a light pink / blush color but I received the dark pink color, it’s totally off from the picture online. I can’t match the color with my bedding. The quality is decent. I might return the product to the store.

Sent wrong item

Your idiot third-party seller sent me the wrong item. I had to go all the way to a different town to to ship it back. I still haven’t gotten the refund. I’m staying far away from Macy’s for a while.

Soft and nice quality

The duvet cover is soft and a lovely blush color. I am pleased with the quality but have decided the color is a little too light for the bedroom I’d planned to use it in. (Color representation online is accurate. It just didn’t look right in the space.) As I am pleased with the quality, I am exchanging these for a different color. I am otherwise happy with my purchase.
