stopped working

stopped working after three months

received as gift out of the box. Followed all directions and worked once great- simple sauce. second time same with some fresh blueberries. it just died after five-ten secs- motor stopped - never to start again. after inspection the stick section was seized up - like trying to turn a very tight bolt. No photos to add - looks brand new. What to do?
