Gorgeous ring for my wife's birthday!

My wife has had this ring in her Macy's shopping cart. Still loved it so I bought it for her birthday. Great purchase. Very high quality ring. Very happy with my purchase! :o)

Not what I wanted!

I originally bought this ring 6 yrs ago, and wore it daily. Enjoyed it and the compliments it garnered. When the ring started to discolor and lost 2 small stones, I reordered. It arrived several weeks ago as beautiful as the first one! I’ve worn it daily again, removing it for hand washing, lotion etc. To my dismay, I have developed itching and skin irritation on 3 fingers! 🤦🏻‍♀️. I no longer have the paperwork associated with the purchase because of my confidence in Suzy Levian. What are my options here?? Did something change to prompt an allergic response? I doubt Macy’s will return the ring without paperwork. Advice please!
