WATCH DID NOT WORK

I got the watch, it was beautiful, but seems that it was used before, it didn't look new, it had light scratches in the back casing and also the seconds hand didn't work. Seems that maybe they sent me the watch that this previous customer that put a review on it had returned! Anyways, I had a bad experience, and Macy's should check the watches that they are sending, make sure they work at least!

Arrived broken

Purchased online and when I picked it up curbside and opened the box the watch was not working properly. The seconds hand was not moving. I went inside the store and the sales clerk was not very friendly when I was asking questions about my return. The watch is cute, but it isn't that spectacular looking for the price. Overall, I did not have a great experience with Macy's when I got my watch and I was disappointed about the quality of the watch.
