Cheap quality. Returned.

The handles were cheap plastic and overall the pans appeared to be poor quality. Same set could be purchased for a fraction of the cost elsewhere and also received poor reviews.

This does contain PFOAs

The online description for this product states that it has a chemical free non-stick coating. This is not true. The actual packing states that it does contain various chemicals. I would not have bought them and will return them because of this misleading description online. This should be corrected immediately.

Received open box and product was damaged

Received open box and product was damaged… i went to Macys store for replacement. They were able to return the product but couldn’t place replacement order. To order online pricing is higher now. I want manager to contact me and help me reorder the product and price match

Macy’s took forever to deliver

Macy’s took 15 days to deliver the order. I have never seen a retailer take that long. I stopped shopping Macys’ online few years ago due to their logistics and looks like they haven’t improved much over the years.

Everyday Use Good Value

These are decent everyday pans in convenient sizes. They're fairly lightweight, so if you're looking for something durable or more professional, these are not that. Easy to clean, no issues with food sticking so far.
