Learning curve but they are amazingly non stick
These tfal pots and pans are definitely a learning curve if you have not used them before. But once you have a good understanding of how they work and the right temperature to get it non stick, they are amazing cookware. Definitely follow the directions to keep them in top notch state. Cleaning them is also a breeze but always wait until they are cooled down to wash them or rinse with water. We've tried to fry eggs and we didn't get it hot enough before putting the eggs in. And the eggs got stuck to the pan. But once the pan finally reached the correct temp, it was indeed non stick and the rest of cooking didn't stick. After the pan cooled down, we soaked it with water and the clean up was fairly easy. Follow the directions and heat settings and your tfal heavy duty pots and pans will surely be non stick.

These pans are a beautiful set. Well worth the money. Alittle on the heavy side for seniors but still workable.

This T-fal Pro Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Cookware is heavy duty and built to last! Quality made and durable, each piece is individually wrapped in heavyweight paper, which minimized any chance of the pots, pans, or their lids getting scratched. There are four depths of cardboard between the layers of the next pieces underneath. For the first pot I used, I noted that the riveted handles aren't loose or shaky and feel sturdy. All of the food cooked evenly and didn't stick to the pot; the measuring marks inside are easy to read, and the glass lids are a nice design feature for great visibility. I love that these can go from stovetop to oven (up to 500 degrees), It has excellent heat distribution. A beautiful mirror finish means this set will complement any style kitchen This would make a great gift for a housewarming, wedding, birthday, or any occasion at all! Note, the box is pretty big and is heavy as well; measuring 27" x 16" x 15" and weighing in at around 40 pounds, it arrived inside another box and everything was well packaged for protection. Súper easy for clean.

The worst set of T-Fal I have ever owned. No matter how much oil, butter etc. Everything sticks.

I have not even used these a month and they are the worst set of TFal pots and pans I have ever used. Everything sticks no matter how much oil, butter, etc that you use.
