Exploded Lid

We bought this pan about a year ago. Today while cooking ravioli for lunch, suddenly I heard a loud bump sound and noticed that the glass of lid shattered and the handle and some of the glass fell into the pan over the food. Please see attached file.

WOW Pan

Oh my goodness, I had no idea cooking could be such a dream. I am a competent cook and this pan take it to a whole new level. Invest in this pan (and a lid) and you will be very satisfied.

Product less than HALF of described size!!!

I opened the product very excitedly, but all I got was disappointment when I saw the pan. I made sure I read every word of the description before I bought it, and it clearly said: "dimensions: 20"L x 12.25"W x 4.13"H." Sure, it's 20"L and 12.25"W, but the height is only TWO INCHES! That's less than HALF of the described size! The pictures and description are full of LIES! I even tried talking to Macy's about it, but all they could do was help return it. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone!!!!

Love the pan, but the lid shatered.

We bought this pan about a year ago and we loved it until this morning while frying some bacon, the lid suddenly shattered and the handle and some of the glass fell into the pan. I was surprised to say the least since at the time I was cooking at a medium low level.

Can't get lid clean

I bought this pan a month ago. The pan is great, but the glass lid has food residue building up between the glass and the metal band around the edge. It looks unsanitary.
