WORSE PRODUCT! GOT TWO AND BOTH STOP WORKING

I bought 2 from Costco and both stop working in around 1 year!!! Most importantly they have very pool customer service support!!! 1. First broken one T3 company tell you to cut the cord and provide pictures, dig into your old receipt (lucky in Costco.com) and only provide you 10% off your next purchase because it's 15 months (over 1 year warranty). 2. 2nd one stop working around the same amount of time as well, will never purchase any T3 hair dryer again!!

Awesome dryer for diffuses in-salon

As a stylist who specializes in curl, I really love this dryer. I use it multiple times a day. I see people using a Dyson dryer alongside me that do a crap job at diffuses (basically spending all that money isn’t going to make you a great stylist). I’ve used other dryers like FHI & Twin Turbo to do diffuses and gotten fuzzy, ugly finishes on my diffuses. The T3 does a great job at a polished curl when used properly AND an awesome, fast and smooth blowout. The only downside is mine died after 1 year so I had to get a refurb warranty replacement. It isn’t necessarily a pro dryer.
