Narrow plates

The plates are too narrow in width. I had a different brand before this one and the plates were wider but similar in length. Buttons are not user friendly.

Totally in loveeeee with

I bought this a few days ago. Honestly, my expectations weren’t very high because my hair is super coarse, but I ended up loving it! It made my hair so smooth, shiny, and easy to style — totally worth it!

Worked well for a little bit but isn't good anymore

I've had this straightener for a few years now and have loved it up until last year. I clean it after each use and it still pulls and yanks my hair whenever I use it. I've been doing my hair for over 15 years now - I know I'm not clamping too tight, I think it's the actual straightener plates. If you have medium to thick hair, pass on this straightener unless you want to buy a new one after 5 years.

Best on the market

complimentary from t3 This is such a unique iron. Probably the newest I've ever seen on the market. I love that it's an all I want especially for traveling, because I do a lot of that in this it holds app and it's got this case that is perfect for traveling. It absolutely is the best out there in the market. It works so well, my hair is not frizy at all, and I love that I can Curl the bottom of the ends, or do it straight, whatever mood I'm in, and it's super quick to heat up and made of really high quality materials. And it will last a long time.
