Piece of Garbage! Save Your Warranty!

This luggage broke at the wheels upon the first use. However, since I had purchased it 2 weeks before my trip, upon returning, my 30-day return window had expired by 2 weeks. After speaking with 3 Macy's representatives, I was not closer to getting any help. One representative gave me the phone number for the Tag Watch company. Another told me they could help me, but then basically told me tough luck after asking a supervisor. Now I am emailing the manufacturer to try to get a replacement. I'm deleting my Macy's APP and cutting up my card. Good-bye!!!

Good set for the price

Got this set on sale, choose the yellow/lime color for easier visibility at airport baggage claim. The large bag fits a little of stuff. The wheels are nice cause you can push or pull the luggage or walk with it. ***Disclaimer not the sturdiest set but good for the price and lots of color options. The duffel bag and the toiletrie bag are nice quality and good size. Went on plane and bag was scuffed but was fine after 2 flights. Overall set is a great value but don’t expect travel pro quality. Perfect for the casual flyer or road tripper as I can see that the checked bag won’t last years going through baggage handling at airports
