wrong delivery

my package sat in the rain with coverage... opened up just today because we were in moving eptisone and it smells like mildew... i had this one set 20 years ago, bought the green 15 year ago and i don't have the 4 wheels on the mid .... not satisfied... i have to imagine the luggage you sent me was old.
