Cheap Design

I bought the 3 piece luggage set on-sale and read the reviews prior so I had low expectations for it to last through plane transfers. Sure enough, the checked in luggage (bigger one) lost all wheels on 2 legs be the time I got home making it trash.

DO NOT PURCHASE!

The luggage set is very poorly made. One week after purchase, it was used to travel and immediately damaged. It has lots of dents and it ripped on the side. After just one trip, it looks like we've had this for ten years. I do not recommend this.

Zipper Broke while out of town

It’s looks very nice and sturdy, I took it for the first time in Autumn the zipper broke on the 24 inch bag

Not Happy

Merchandise received damaged. Customer services which offered no assistance. I had to dragged the luggage to Macy customer services counter. I was send to 3 different counters before a very nice counter assistance helped. I was very annoyed with the merchandise which I had to choice but to do an even exchange due to needing the luggage for travel within days. Toll free customer service was terrible along with having to play musical chair at the store counter. Disappointed!!!

bad qualitu

it looks very pretty and it's not heavy at all, easy to carry or move. but with one one travel it got destroyed. I so disappointed

Great price for a beautiful luggage set , fortunate to have purchased on sale . Very well constructed and easy glide spinning wheels , a must for airline travel .
