Absolutely cheap garbage. Save your money.
I bought the set and it sat for a couple of months in the box. When I opened it, the inside cover zipper of the smallest bag was separated and the clothes on one side would not stay inside that covered area. And I never even USED the dang thing. Apparently you have 30 days for a return, but I didn't need them until past that date. Pretty sad policies being implemented by Macys, seeming to buy cheaper and cheaper quality items to stay in business. I have shopped there for decades, but there are so many new options today.
Very bad material
I was so excited about this set when on my first trip the small luggage was broken the zipper is very bad material no recommend I will try to return but I purchased on sep 23 and I am still on my trip I will have to buy a new one to come back

Lack of Accountability
Ordered this luggage and was sent a Lenox Dish set. It was so hard to get someone to send me the luggage. They wouldn't rush the shipping even though it was their mistake. The Customer service was terrible. When it is your fault, you should take accountability and fix the problem.

The handle is not that long but the bags are amazing and they of good quality would definitely get them again.
