    bad customer service

    I purchased the luggage set and after the first use the wheels almost came off and the carry on’s handle gets stuck. Tried to get a hold of the company but no one reached out. I it had a manufacturer warranty and hope to use it or hear from someone soon.

    Extremely Poor quality

    Horrible quality and can't find company for warranty repair. used the luggage 2 times and got a big crack at the bottom. Contacted Macys and they gave me the manufacturer contact. Reached out to the manufacture and they said they are a housewares company and they have told Macy's multiple times the product is not theirs, but Macy's keeps giving them their information. So, now i am stuck in the middle and stuck with a piece of junk.

    don’t do it

    I was so excited to replace my husband’s old luggage with this new set. I had purchase a great set for myself from Macy’s and was confident about this one. Sadly, this set started falling apart on the first use. Too much of a hassle to try and get it replaced. Don’t buy this.

    only had used it one time

    Sadly to say that both my carry on and the medium size suitcase. Both of them has broken wheels… they both have a cracked by the wheels 🙁
