Nice boots, awful product page

Ted Baker boots are always a nice treat, but Macy’s made this purchase more difficult than needed. Ted Baker sizes are in UK units and there was no conversion chart on the product page. It took 45 minutes, two chat agents, and several competitor sites to confirm the size I needed. Macy’s almost lost a sale for this easily preventable oversight.
