Still experimenting with settings

We purchased the split king (2-separate) medium hybrid mattresses and split king smart bases. We are still experimenting with the adjustable settings to find the best position for each of us. Changing the base settings is easy enough but more awkward than anticipated to change positions in the middle of the night. The anti-snore base setting does work and automatically raises the head area of the mattress when it detects snoring. However, when I wake up, I find that I have slid down on the mattress during the night so my head is in a lower position, so when that happens not sure it helps reduce snoring. I do like seeing my "sleep report" in the morning to review how I supposedly slept. Not yet sure if the cost/benefit is worth it.

Amazing features!

We got a split king with these ERGO EXTEND Smart bases, and they are amazing - they have a massage feature, which is quite nice and does add to the relaxation expected when getting into bed. The ability to separately set our bases how we want them has been great- if I want to put my feet up, I can do that without interfering with him sitting up or vice versa. The phone app works well as a remote, AND the AI Sleep tracker has been enlightening to track how often we are awake or get up in the night - it is serving to help sleep train us to focus on trying to get better sleep! We would highly recommend the mattresses and bases!

Motor powers up and down.

We have owned it for less than 1 month and the motor already needs replacing. I am not trusting or confident that it will last even 1 year. They have shipped us a new motor and are awaiting someone to come and put the new motor in.

My only complaint is the bar at the end comes out from the foot after placing the bed in zero-g.

Has some nice features.

The product has only worked on one side of the bed. I've tried to get help but no luck. Very disappointing.

Perfect except one thing

Only complaint is the massage motor is terrible. When on, it's very sporadic, so it's more annoying than relaxing. It was like this since the start. They sent someone that replaced both the control box and the motor and it made no difference.
