Another happy Tervis owner

Purchased for my 82 year old mother. When discharged from the hospital, she was told she needed to drink more water, She thought she was drinking enough, now she knows exactly how much water she is drinking. Pretty bottle, does not spill.

Great Customer Service

I received a tumbler as a gift probably 7 years ago from a friend. It served me well until I dropped it and it cracked. I went onto the Tervis website and chatted with a young woman in customer sevice. She walked me through what I needed to do to obtain a replacement. I mailed the broken tumbler back, chose another design, and within 10 days received a new tumbler. By the way, the Gerbera Daisy design is very colorful and cheery!! Love it!!

Not an insulated beverage drinking "glass"

I wanted insulated cups to use as beverage glasses. The lip of the cup is too think to drink from comfortably. It is not like a beverage glass. You must use the extra covered lid piece with the no-spill liquid limiting open/close slide or a straw. Not what I wanted in a beverage glass. The design is great as is the quality. Just not what I wanted in an insulated beverage "glass."
