Very poor quality

The quality is very poor. The clasp does not line up and the first pair I wore, one fell off and was lost. The second pair arrived and I examined it for the clasp and found that again, they did not line up. You think based on a "click" sound that it was properly in the clasp, but it was not. Had to return.
