Never Received My Luggage

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING! DOESN"T LET YOU CHOOSE "O " STARS I had a terrible experience purchasing this luggage. I ordered it with high expectations, but I never received my order. The shipping status was stuck on "processing," and after waiting for weeks, I contacted customer service. They told me it had already been shipped. I waited some more and called customer service several days later, only to receive a full refund. Then, one week later, I received an email asking me to "keep the purchase." What purchase? I never received anything! This is beyond frustrating—it's unacceptable when you're left in the dark and never get what you paid for. I do not recommend this product or seller. The entire process has been nothing but a headache from start to finish. I regret making this purchase. Macy's, you should remove this product from your website.

delivery

Absolutely horrendous delivery system. Ordered on December 18, 2024 ;not delivered yet on Jan.2, 2025. The communication is completely misleading. Tracking says label created on 12/18 —- then UPS says they have not recd the item yet. I feel disgusted. The item is one pc of 30” suitcase.
