Wheel fell off

I used this one time. The wheel fell off on my return so I had to hold it up weird in order to get it to my car. Waste of $$ even on clearance

It’s very cute but…

It’s cute but does not seem as durable as my other luggage. The handle to carry the luggage is plastic and looks like it can easily be damaged. If it didn’t have those issues, I would give it 5 stars. It’s really pretty.

Scam and disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I ordered two of these luggage items during the sale, and the order remained in processing for an unusually long time. After reading a review from another customer who experienced a similar issue where their order was canceled despite being placed during the sale, I contacted Macy’s customer service for reassurance. The representative assured me that my order would be shipped by May 20 or May 21. Today is May 21, and instead of a shipping confirmation, I received an email stating that my order was canceled due to the items being out of stock. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is not how customers should be treated. I was relying on this luggage for an upcoming trip, and now I’m left scrambling at the last minute.

Pretty and functional

So happy with my new suitcase. I needed something large enough, but not too big so I don’t go over the 50 lbs. Pretty rose gold zipper and cream color suitcase. Haven’t used it yet but seems like it would clean nicely with a magic eraser. It’s not fabric, more of a hard vinyl? Also got it for a great deal on Macys. So happy with my purchase 🤍
