Totally dissatisfied

November 28th I purchased a pair of beats headphones and I find out two weeks later that they wouldn't be delivered until December 30th customer service was totally rude and I lost an opportunity to buy the headphones from a different place for the same price because of Black Friday now I have a pair of headphones would be for Christmas it wouldn't even return it

Cheesey, but poor quality

I bought one of these for my daughter, one for myself, and one for my granddaughter, for Thanksgiving evening, thinking it was a cute idea. The value for these items, in terms of quality, is way less than what was charged. And, that was the sale "Pre-Black Friday" discount, not the discount over Black Friday. Also, delivery times were very much off from the promise when I purchased. I barely got these in time for Thanksgiving. I recommend avoiding Macy's online purchases like they were a plague. Simply walk into the store, where you can evaluate the quality of what you're buying. The Macy's standard we've come to expect no longer exists in their online arena. That includes customer service, as well as deliveries.

Lighting fast shipping!

I ordered this wearable blanket on a Monday and received it on a Wednesday. It is beautiful and comfortable. Great for cold Ohio winters.
