Cellar 5qt Pan
It is a good pan, work very well with the portable induction cooker. Only problem is crack sound comes out from the cover during cooking, look like the glass of the cover is cracking.

perfect
used this pan so many times over Christmas week. Cooked Shepards Pie, shrimp scampi and scallops in it. Nothing stuck to the pan, easy clean up. I really appreciate the depth of the pan. Great buy.

Great heavy weight dish
I own many post in this brand. This is very good size and for soups, sautes and steaming. I have cellar 3 quarts pot as well. They are heavy bottomed and do not burn like others.

The stovetop to table
This pot was exactly what I wanted, the thickness of it was perfect. It holds a great amount and I was able to serve directly from it on the table. Use potholders for the handles, it heats up really good. I would buy in another size.

Multi-use, no sticking, easy clean, long lifespan
I use this pot most days for a variety of recipes - sautéing, braising/baking, soups, and pasta. I have an electric flat top stove and can not safely use enameled cast iron, so I am switching to all stainless. I have not had a problem with sticking - the trick is using heat no higher than medium to medium high. And when cleaning, soak a little hot water in the pan while doing the rest of the dishes. By the time I get to the pan, food comes off easily. Other stainless pots I have are 25 or more years old and in beautiful condition. By the looks of this pan, I can expect it to last just as long.
