Not as pictured

The plates do not lay flat on the metal hinges as pictured on the website . Returning for refund.

Bad design

The overall quality of the product is horrible and bad design. The porcelain trays are rough and of poor quality and the metal bars holding up the trays are fragile. I applied slight pressure and the bars snapped.
