waiting for so long

I purchased this supermarket cart/stroller bc I thought it will be a great idea to get this for my kid playing around instead of having hours on the iPad. But waited for this toy 20 exact days. The issue was that they sent the WRONG ITEM, I contacted them and they never answered. Too bad for this seller not getting in touch of the costumer!!!
