Used and smells bad

Macy's sent me a clearly used jacket. It smelled super bad like a cheap deoderant and the armpits smelled especially bad and I found a light colored hair in the hood, I have black hair.

North face dropped the ball on the feel All the money I spend on Northface products this jacket feels cheap like it doesn't belong with the brand Design 10/10 🔥
