I would buy this again but not sure it will ever wear out
This is a very well-built travel duffle that I have yet to use. I was planning on a trip to Jamaica after the hurricane, but that trip got cancelled. I would like to see a change in how the handle retracts and extends to having only one button instead of 2.

expensive disposable rolling duffel
I use The North Face rolling duffel quite a bit and I wore out a set of wheels after using it for a couple of years. Contacted support asking where I can purchase replacement wheels... they replied, "we do not offer replacement wheels... maybe try searching the internet" ...WHAT !!!? Pay over USD300 for The North Face rolling duffel and they cannot supply replacement parts... I will not be buying any roller duffels from The North Face anymore...

Best rolling duffel on the market
We added to our north face luggage collection, and this is our third rolling thunder suitcase. It's durable, easy to maneuver, and holds a lot of stuff.

Great piece of Gear, Wish they had figured out a way to have backpack straps on it but phenomenal nonetheless. Using air tight bags we were able to pack a family of 4 into this (Plus our carry on back packs) for a 5 night trip. 1 checked bag. I also like how once home i was able to just wipe down the bag to removal all of the dirt.

Well-made and Robust - Give's You that 'Adventurer's' Image!
Fresh back from a trip to Oceania with his luggage. The wheels and handle on it are absolute bomber, and I have no fears about them being damaged when airline personnel fling my luggage onto their ramps or carts - and that's always been a big concern with traditional suitcases. The looks are impressive, and the material is robust and dependable - particularly like the handle on the bottom to help me lift this bag into my car – every little bit helps!

Travel to Italy, college trips, and hunting. Durable, waterproof, heavy duty zippers, sinch straps, multiple compartments,. Wheels and frame are super strong.

Pleased
Pleased. Liked that it has separators for toiletries, shoes, clothing. Wheels make it easy. Handle is well crafted. Great investment! We have the smaller size too but this was great… especially if you tend to overpack.
