This bag is built very poorly. I've had NF luggage and it's always been well built. Not this one. The handle was janky from the moment I first used it. Within the first year of owning it and only lightly using it in airports, it broke. When I hit the button to extend and retract the roller handle, it never did so cleanly. Within the first year, I went to pull up the handle and both parts of the metal handle just broke. I emailed customer service and they said it wasn't repairable and they wouldn't replace it. They only offered me a discount on a future luggage. I really feel that North Face has sacrificed their quality and their top tier customer service. The moment you buy this bag, the countdown begins to you buying its replacement. I still buy NF gear, but not their luggage.

2 of 3 purchased broke!
Bought three, two broke, BOTH broke in the same place, the handle of the pull up bar came off. I submitted a claim and photos, they will not repair or replace. But another brand, this was a complete waste of money!!

Battle scars only make it look better!
I have been using this bag for over a year now. Everything from Snowboarding trips to Colorado and vacations to Mexico. It always has enough room for all my needs. It really stands out at the carousel.

Worst quality material.
I've used it to just two small trips and the bag has multiple deep scratches and rips. I cannot use it anymore. On top of that, it is a very heavy bag, and adding gear and clothes makes it worse. I am very disappointed with The North Face, not only can't I use it anymore for long trips (just road trips if any), but there are no options to get it repaired.

Such a great bag!!
I have 5 base camp duffels of all sizes and have been traveling with them for years but finally I decided I was tired of carrying them through the airports got this and was sooo happy!!
