Pick up in store debacle
item was to be shipped to store. Went to store to pick up. They could not find the item and told me don't contact them , to contact customer service and tell them to ship to my home . I contacted customer service and they said its in the store , go pick it up. I explained 3 times its NOT in the sore, the manager could not find it. She told me wait a day and go pick it up, and hung up on me ! After a day i called back , i spoke with Sam this time on Dec 12.2025, he said the item was on back order and it should arrive around December 23rd, an was that okay ? i told him yes , and he confirmed they would ship direct to my home. Then on December 19th i receive a email saying they CANCELLED THE ORDER! what ? I wrote then back and explained the situation. and they replied you did not pick it up by Dec 11th " Total incompetence. Now I've wasted 3 hours driving to the store, calling customer service several times , And now they won't honor the sale price. Unbelievable.
Warm jacket without too much thickness
The jacket I ordered was back ordered but was well worth the wait. It is nice enough for business casual or could just be for everyday use. It is well made-no complaints!

Disappointing
The implication in the product description is that it is well-insulated. It is not. It's not much more than a spring/autumn jacket. Very thin layer of insulation. Had to return it.

Good quality and delivery for
Price reflect the quality
This jacket's retail price is a lot cheaper than TNF's other offerings. Like others had mentioned, the sleeves are extremely long, I mean, look at the model, it's covering his hands, only his fingers are showing! Also, it's not very thick, probably best for 50F weather and above. It's best to work as an inner jacket. Too bad it doesn't link up with the Triclimate outer shell. That would be ideal. In fact, I wish all fleece and light jackets would have the Triclimate zippers to link up. That would push more sales for the Triclimate systems.

DISSAPOINTED .
The sleeve is very long and the cuff doesn't have an elastic band to keep it in place; it's too loose and slides down to cover the hand because of its length.
Light and great quality
My husband love the lightness and quality.
