Never received it

I am very disapointed. I never received the item. I been calling many times. The first agent that i spoke to lied and stated they will send me a new item. I waited a week and called again and the second agent stated that the case was closed and you wouldnt receive an item and the ups stated that was delivered. But i never received that item. She stated that she would open the case back and i will receive and email. Waited another week and called again which i heard the same thing by the time i asked for a superviser which he stated that he would open the case for the third time and i will receive an email with information as well as i went to the police to get a report about my stollen and i been waiting for that email and still nothing. Very disaponted. I was a very good costumer and a credit card holder that i am canceling because of the treatment and lies that i got.

Color is different than what is shown online

Not what I expected, but it’s a decent jacket. The color is way off in person than what is shown online. It looks like a bright orange color and not a dark brown as shown.

Sharp looking jacket

My 16 year old son loves this jacket. I got him a large and he’s around 5’9 fits him perfectly with a bit of room for a sweatshirt which he’s never without 😂

Stylish and Warm

Stylish and Warm for frigid weather. This was an early holiday gift for my nephew. He loves his new jacket (& his NorthFace fleece lined cap with ear flaps.)
