Lite Lilac is the perfect color!

I fell in love with the beautiful Lite Lilac color and hoped it would look the same as it did on the screen. Yes! The actual color was exactly what I was looking for. The color isn't too light; it's really a nice shade. I'm 5'5" (164 cm), and the size S fit me well. Since it's a ski jacket, the sleeves are long. Surprisingly, it's really light, yet thick enough that I won't feel cold while snowing. It's a perfect, dreamlike jacket for me :D

good cust service bad delivery means

coat delivered to wrong address, wrong street! Macy's did give us reimbursement but now coat is unavailable. not good

Great customer service horrible delivery.

We ordered the jacket, got a great price, and were told of a 3-5 day delivery window. We tracked the package only to find it was delivered to the right street # but the wrong street, and placed outside that door. Living in Philadelphia, the package was quickly stolen. Macy's did give us a rain check for the same purchase, but I question the delivery means- DoorDash!

Crappy quality! Zippers break. Beware.

Bought this jacket for skiing. Zipper broke after 7 months. Replaced it via warranty, and the new jacket's zipper broke the FIRST TIME I skied in it. Never buying NF again.
