Practical bag

Love that I can use it for my everyday wear. Super casual and versatile. It has plenty of little compartments inside. It is easy to keep clean. It got dirty and I was able to throw it in the washer and it looked like new again

Little disappointing

In product details it said that this bag has key hook but it doesn’t. It is one of my favorite features in the handbag. Either Macy’s should correct the product details or The north face need to add that feature in the bag.
