I would buy this hat again.

I love this hat. It keeps you head and ears warm. We have already had very very cold weather, we in my area, it usually is during January and February. I was very happy that I purchased this hat.

Horrible customer service

This review is about Macy's, not the hat. I accidentally ordered the wrong color. I contacted Macy's via chat. The agent told me they can't do anything once an Order has been delivered. Then she immediately closed the chat. She didn't offer to help with a return/reorder or anything. Wow. I guess I'm done ordering from Macy's.
