Review North Face Jacket never received

Never received the jacket. Claimed to be delivered that day but UPS tracking said label made but never received the package. Was promised by cus. Serv. Rep she would escalate my issue and i would heve the jacket before Christmas but tbe next day, got an email stating the had refunded my return!!! Apparently, never had the jacket in stock! Will NEVER,do business with Macy's again. 2nd time this has happened!!

It's very short :/

I thought ordering the XXXL and being 4" shorter than the models (I'm 5'4") this jacket would hit closer to my hips, but it barely hits below my belly button. The rest of it fits beautifully, and it's comfortably warm. So I guess if you want a crop top fleece jacket this one is for you.
