Customer service at its best!!

I got the Macys Roosevelt field in search of the black bookbag. I walked and looked for it i couldn’t find it. I was told to try the North face section which didn’t have it. I was told to try the 3 floor that’s where the bags were. I was told to try the men’s department. After looking for over an hour i went into the women’s s coat dept and asked Robert if they had the bag. He helped the customer he had in front of him. Then looked check the stock and location of the item. He then said i will go with you to look bc it states we have over 14. We looked in the men’s dept nothing! He went into the stock room and found the item for me!! This was the day before Christmas Eve and the store was extremely busy. As i wait to be rung up i heard another women station how he helped her that day. Robert in the juniors/women coats dept was truly an angel in disguise!!!!
