Poor Quality & Poor Customer Service

After a month of owning these shoes, the soles begin to start coming apart. Since I purchased these thinking they were a quality pair of shoes, I contacted Macy’s, but was told that it was beyond 30 days and there was nothing they could do. To me this is a manufacturing defect as no pair of shoes should start showing these types of issues after only a month. I also would have assumed that Macy’s would stand behind the products they sell, but that did not happen. Very poor product quality and very poor customer service in my opinion.

Love how soft, light and comfortable they are. Love good with dress pants blue jeans and casual pants.

Great looking shoes very tight around buckle area shoes run a little big. Need to design straps different

soft sole but uncomfortable

not good for big bone great toes. buckle is tight near the malleolus.
