Faulty and defective

It stands unlevel when on a flat surface. It wasn't closing well and it looks like it's a return item. I ended up sending it back since the Macy's near me has permanently closed.

Just what I needed…

I needed a simple, high quality rice cooker to make rice for my pup’s meals (and now for me too). I’m not much for reading pages and pages of instructions, nor do I have much patience for products with a learning curb. This one is uncomplicated, basic and easy to use/clean. Despite the no frills, it makes great rice. Definitely worth the price.
