I'm so disappointed with their customer service

I'm so disappointed with Timberland I've been so many years. I ordered this package for me and my children around Christmas time. My package was stolen. I've been fighting and going back and forth with Timberland in my bank for about 3 months now. Never received my items and go my money back. Its really sad.

Classic Current Crush ❤️

I am so glad I finally got these in Black! I love the fresh black nappa leather with black soles. The boots are comfortable, stylish, durable and waterproof. I actually wore them the first day out of the box when I went to Disney on a rainy day, and I was so surprised after walking 8+ hours wearing these boots there was no issues, no blisters and no sore spots-these boots were so comfortable! The Junior Kids size 5.5 fit me fine, I am an adult who usually wears a Ladies size 7. The kids sizes seem less narrow then the ladies sizes, and the kids sizes usually save me $$, so what's not to love!

My favorite work boots!

I wear these boots as a gardener and landscaper and love them. I wear them until they disintegrate and I'm on a brand new pair now, breaking them in for the Spring. My last pair survived four growing seasons of hard work, plus hikes, walks, etc. They're great boots! I wear a Ladies Size 6 and I purchase a Boys/Youth size 4.5 in these. They're no nonsense work boots.
