Released in 1975 and nicknamed the “Mystery Dial,” the Q Timex 1975 Enigma Reissue was originally born from a vision to craft an illusion of floating hands. A navy dot painted on the underside of the crystal cleverly conceals the main hub, while the hands—also painted navy blue—seamlessly blend with the dial to enhance the illusion of their red and white details mysteriously floating. Completing the sleek build of this modern-day reissue is an ultra-precise quartz movement, a stainless-steel case in an elongated cushion shape, a brushed stainless-steel bracelet, day and date window, and a domed acrylic crystal that brings depth and dimension.

The watch itself is beautiful,

The watch itself is beautiful, but the band is totally useless. If you need to take links out, as I did, it’s absolutely impossible. The little notches that are supposed to move are frozen. When I got the watch, half of them were in the open position, and the others were in the closed position. I ended up having to take the band off completely and buy a leather strap.

The strap was very difficult

The strap was very difficult to adjust and even after taking yo a watch jewler he couldn't figure it out either. Doesn't help me if the watch can't be worn to size. Also disappointed with the diameter would really have preferred this in a 41-44mm diamete.
