What is going on Timex?

Very unhappy with the watch. I was excited to open the box and wear my new watch. I set the time successfully and then tried to use the “indiglo” backlight feature. The function worked once and then the button internal to the watch for the light up function broke…so it immediately broke. Enroute for my refund already. Quite disappointed.

Great watch- awful band

The watch is a sturdy and great example of Timex quality. However the band is really awful. So plan on buying a new band. It makes the watch look very cheap.

It was too big for

It was too big for my wrist and I tried to return it, but your website couldn’t find my order number……I guess that’s the way you operate, so you don’t get any returns.
