Nice watch, not accurate

Bought this a few months ago and while it's exactly what I wanted looks-wise, my big complaint is that this is the least accurate watch in my collection. It's lost nearly 10 minutes in a little over a week. I have a cheap mechanical watches that are significantly more accurate. For a quartz watch that's pretty much unacceptable.
