Excited about this activity center but came w/broken wheel

I had been keeping an eye out an activity center for my 5 month old and decided on this one. Picked it up opened it and the wheel was broken which is odd because nothing else was broken I feel like it was broken when it was boxed up. It sucks because I really looked forward to my son enjoying it Since we are in quarantine its difficult to leave house and return/exchange it. I would love to get a replacement wheel asap. I called customer service but was only able to leave a voice mail.

I searched a lot of options and got this exersaucer when my son was 4 months. He's now almost 8 months and still loves this thing! Pros: 1. Grows with baby - it was neat to see my son learn to play with each toy as he developed different skills. At different times, he has different favorite toys, depending on what skills he is developing. The toys are well thought out to be entertaining to babies as they grow. 2. Versatile - can be used stationary, as exersaucer, jumper, walker. It's easy to put the brakes on and they seem to work well. My son figured out how to really jump in it at 6 months. He's pulling up on it now when he's not sitting in it. It's also very adjustable for height. You can adjust the legs to 3 heights, and the seat position adjusts with a zipper that opens to lower it. 3. Durable toys (in my experience) - my son is really strong for his age and is not gentle on these toys. He pulls the bead tree to his face so he can try to bite on it. It bends but it hasn't broken yet. 4. Excellent customer service - after 3 months of daily use, the seat tore at the seam where the tag is. I texted Tiny Love via the number given on their reply to one star reviews here (812-566-2525) and they sent me a replacement seat within 10 days free of charge! Cons: 1. Difficult as Walker? I would imagine it's a little difficult to push as a walker (My baby can't do it yet except when he jumps and it moves - he hasn't figured out to push it yet), but that's kind of a good thing cause you don't want it to move too fast. 2. Leg holes - the leg holes in the seat are kind of small. My baby is breastfed so he's on the small side (About 17.5 lbs) but his thighs are pretty snug now. I would imagine a baby with chunkier thighs would be uncomfortable. It would be nice if they would make the leg holes larger or maybe elasticized? The piece between the legs could probably be a little narrower. Overall, mom and baby love this exersaucer/activity center!

My grandbaby loves it!!

I purchased this for my grand daughter for Christmas. She is 5months old and we just put it together yesterday. She loves the toys and being able to sit up. I wish it rolled better but for now it fullfills a purpose. I would like to be able to switch out the toys to get her from getting bored but for the price and functionality I definitely would purchase again in the future if and when we get another grand baby.

I would not buy this product again

Two out of the five activity toys have snapped off my not even one year old walkers. I will say it bounces well and rides smooth. However the parts seem cheap.

Worst walker ever

My baby can't even walk around because the wheels barely move. My son hates this walker!!!
