No paper receipt provided the watch may be fake
The package was delivered on time, but there was no paper receipt included in the shipment. I needed a printed receipt as proof of purchase to have the watch resized at a Macy’s store. However, the salesperson told me that because the order was placed online, they could not print a receipt. I contacted Macy’s customer service by phone with no success and also reached out through social media. It has now been three weeks, and the issue remains unresolved. I still have not received a paper receipt. This has become a bigger problem because I want to register the watch on Tissot’s website to verify its authenticity, and a receipt is required for that process. In short, I cannot confirm whether the watch I bought from Macy’s is authentic because Macy’s refuses to provide a paper receipt.
What the heck!
Twice now in the past several days Macys will take my order, take my money, and then cancel the order saying they could not verify details of the transaction. Well they have my money, and I don’t know when I will get it back and the Christmas gift is ?

Delivered not good, the package was not good, its look like used, open box, not protected anti shock and without original plastic protection anti scratched.
Except for funky clasp, excellent.
Tissot is an underrated nice watch. Totally Swiss made. I really like mine which I got at a good price. Cannot beat light powered or movement powered watches. No more battery hassles. I'd give it 5 stars except for the fact that I don't care for the clasp.
