Macys phenomenal customer service
Watch was fairly nice, arrived scratched around the case edge. Macys customer service is was truly disappointing. First- no discount was able to be offered and second, I had to reorder it if I wanted one without a scratch. So I reordered it, one week later- yes, ONE WEEK LATER I get an email saying unfortunately we couldn’t reorder it for you that I need to go in and try again. Horribly customer service. A discount for the scratches- hey that’s fine I would’ve kept it but no, they wanted to complicate my life.
