Disappointed

Placed order for 3 items. Received 1st item 12/16/23 then received package 12/18/23 with a Pearl earring & necklace set I never ordered. My online account showed watch was delivered 12/18/23. Call customer and after I was asked a million questions of what was in box & my identity, customer service said they would issue me a refund and the watch I purchased was no longer available. It was a Christmas gift for my husband.. Thanks a lot Macy’s. I will concentrate on paying off bill & closing my account. Can’t wait for shipping label to return this unwanted Pearl set. It is customer service that I’m rating as a 1

The Best Budget Watch

This is one of my favorite watches. This watch has a automatic movement with the battery power of 80 hours. That is incredible for a watch for this price. The bracelet is phenomenal and the finish on the tile is pure craftsmanship. If you’re really into watche or want a speacial watch this would be the perfect option and value for your money.
