I would recommend this watch, go to the store !!

My grandson selected this watch for H.S. graduation gift. However, Customer Service told us to return it, because they didn't know if a few links could be removed from it. I did return it, but when I called Macy's I still had to explain what links were, and then I was told they could be removed. Customer service needs to be educated, it wasn't a difficult question. Macy's didn't lose the sale this time, because I'm re-ordering it again!! FRUSTRATED!!!
