Love it

I broke my old watch and staying away from my Apple Watch I chose this one for myself even it’s for a man. I ordered it online and went to the store (Macy’s) for wristband’s adjustment. I wear it daily even inspecting roofs where it could get dirty. I bought for my brother in law way more expensive Tissot watch and he is very happy with it for years. Because of my work I chose this less expensive one for myself and I am very happy with it. It’s very simple and good looking watch. Highly recommended.

My son loved his birthday gift

I bought this Tissot Mens Swiss PR 100 Stainless Steel Bracelet Watch with the blue face - 40mm for my son for his 20th birthday. He wanted something to wear when he goes somewhere nice. It is battery powered vs. self-winding, which I liked, since he will only wear it once in a while. That way he won't have to re-set the date and time each time he wears it. He really likes the look and feel of it. And I think it looks very classy and cool.

Online purchase nightmare.

If I could zero stars I would. I purchased a watch online to be ready in 4 hours as a Christmas present on 12/22 Nothing from Macys till Christmas Eve.I had already purchased one and I called they said if you don’t pick up the merchandise your money gets refunded automatically. I call again after the end of the year, I was told the refund will be processed it takes about 10 days. 12 days later I call again… sorry it was not processed we will process it and send you an email with 24 hours on the status. BTW all these call are routed to a foreign country. No email from Macy's except asking me for a review… so here it is your customer service is very poor and you still have not refunded the money. .
