Beautiful watch

It is a beautiful watch. I love the shiny white face of it. I had to fumble around to figure out how to set the time. Amazingly the Macy’s salesperson didn’t even bother to offer to set the time for me. I had to do it on my own. Shame on you, where is basic customer courtesy? When will Macy’s up the ante and arrive for excellence?
