Great retail watch experience

We first cam across the Tissot at a Macy's in Boston's watch counter and was able to compare it to other, similar models from other makers. The 39cm size was perfect for my wife's wrist but decided to keep looking at other brands before making this purchase. Once satisfied that this watch was "the one", I went to Macy's online and received the watch three days later. It arrived in perfect condition and my wife is happy with her gift. It is interesting to note that this size is no longer offered by Tissot so only Macy's had exactly what we wanted.
