Your return process was a total disaster.

I attempted to return this for a different watch as my wife wanted a larger faced watch. We went to your Macy's store in North Olmsted. I had the watch (in the box) and my order email as well as my delivery confirmation email. I was told for 20 minutes by an associate that I needed a packing list (with UPC) that came with the box. I had no idea where that "packing slip" resided as we had opened 50 Christmas presents the night prior (and I packed it weeks ago). I asked her to look up the order and get what she needed. She said that was impossible. Why? In any case, she refused to return it. She went to the manager, returned and said, "the manager said we can't return it." I waited another 15 minutes for the manager. The manager helped by having me open my order email, look for a webid, and then she managed to get whatever she needed from the webid on the watch. So, after 30-45 minutes and being denied twice, we finally were able to exchange the watch for a new one. This process WAS A DISASTER given that I had all the original paperwork that you sent me! I'm 59 years old, and I have shopped at Macy's for years, but this was the first time you completely blew my trust.

Watch is "automatic".

Online description was not clear that the watch is "automatic". This means that it does not have a battery, and it does not require winding. The down side is that if you take it off for a while, you have to reset the date/time.
