Might’ve been cool if not for poor packaging

Was delivered with the contents of the box all over & one of the glasses broken and when I tried to contact Macy’s to get a replacement, my only option was a chat bot - I have a baby and no time for that. I expected better from Macy’s.

Other occasion to buy:Game arrived with two broken glasses. I was advised not to send it back because of the glass. Macy’s is now telling me if it’s not returned my card will be charged. I threw it away because there were bits of glass all over the box.
