Inconsistency issue

I really like the material and design of these shirts. This particular purchase is my 4th Tom Baine shirt. All other 3 shirts are XL slim fit (same as the one ordered). To my surprise this one was significantly smaller to the point that made me try my other Tom Baine shirts to ensure it wasn’t me and fortunately, they fit perfectly.

Tom Gains men's slim fit dress shirt

I love the material. The color is exactly what I saw on line. The only thing that's not satisfied me is that the sleeves are a little longer. Not so bad though. I can still order the material if there is need and I can recommend it to a friend as well.
