They put the merchandized then they said they cancel cause its out stock then they change the merchandized in there websight and ask you to buy another. I think this is just advertised so you buy diferent. They just trying to confuse you so don’t buy from them. They try to scamm the people. I would never buy from you guys again. This is like the second time you did this. Scammer!!!

Name Tag on suitcase

I only use this suitcase ONE time and the name tag on the suitcase came off smh for this amount of money there is no reason why it should have fallen off. Why for this price the name tag is not secured on the suitcase

Purchased the sets and one round trip it’s completely broke. Don’t waste your money in this set of luggage Tommy Hilfiger. I’m so disappointed. I wouldn’t never recommend this product

Misleading measurement for carryon luggage.

Misleading carryon size measurement. The measurement advertised on Macy Web site is 22x14x9, 45 linear inches, but the correct size measured after box opened is 22 x 13.4 x 8.4 much smaller than the maximum 45 linear inches allowed by airlines. The reputable Tommy Hilfiger product should have the good quality control b y having correct measurements on its products. Macy allows a 15 minute window of cancelation after order but the confirmation email did not come until 2 hours later. The window of cancelation should be at least 2 hours.
